Longmont, Colorado, January 29, 2012 – As one of the largest employee benefit agencies in Northern Colorado, Volk & Bell has expanded their services by offering on-site or virtual Human Resources (HR) assistance through Volk & Bell HR Services.
Volk & Bell already provides HR support to their clients through a variety of resources, but now the company is able to offer solutions to companies who are not their benefit clients. “Many companies are struggling to stay on top of the increasing requirements and compliance changes affecting businesses today. Some companies have had to downsize their Human Resources staff as a cost saving measure. Others have employees who wear many different hats, including the HR piece,” says Tina Ramey, VB HR Services Business Development.
